There's Picture People Studio's through out PA and you can get wonderful portraits at their studios. I went to the Scranton location and the staff was amazing and they captured the most beautiful expressions from my son. They have monthly events too. I know there is a Summer Bash on June 28th and a Carnival on July 19. They are also doing a child ID day on July 26th and I believe they will be doing fingerprints and giving a child ID for free that day. My son absolutely loves the girls at this location.
