Issue:   Children can fall or land on dive sticks in shallow water and get injured. Eye and other facial injuries possible as well.
Dates Released:  August 1999 – October 2008
What You Can Do: Take away the recalled toy and return it to Modell’s for a full refund

Issue:   Toys contains small parts which can detach, posing a choking hazard

What You Can Do: Take away the recalled toy and return it to the store where purchased for a full refund

Issue:   Surface coating on toy television contains excess levels of lead

Issue:   The paint contains excess levels of lead
Dates Released:  December 2007 – February 2008
What You Can Do: Take away the toy and return it for a replacement
