Whether you are playing with basic blocks, Legos, or Lincoln logs, show your child how these toys can form different shapes and objects by using your creativity. The two of you will have so much fun building together, that you will be bragging and say, "This is so beautiful, it could be shown in a museum!"

Step by Step:
1. Acquire a set of building toys.
2. Let your child dump them out on the floor.
3. Look at the different shapes and discuss them.
4. Look at the pictures on the box, pick one to replicate and build your copy.
5. Then, branch out and decide on your own design and build it.
