Ah, the cold weather is over! It's springtime! This is a great activity to enjoy seeing the change of seasons and watching "how does your garden grow" - just like Mary in the nursery rhyme, which we are certain is a familiar one to your sweet little gardener in the bud!!

Step by Step:
1. If you don't have a garden, just buy some inexpensive pots.
2. Place moistened potting soil in the pot about halfway up.
3. Plop the bulbs on the top making it cozy by adding a little more soil sprinkled with water and patted gently down to hold them in place.
4. Have your little one lightly water the garden each day.
5. The reward for "good work" will be suddenly seeing a little sprout, then a leaf and finally a blossom appear. Wow, that is just beautiful!!
