Everyone loves a good workout and babies are no exception..

Description:
Even before they have control of their own movements babies enjoy exercising their arms and legs. Guiding their movements helps babies develop muscle coordination and allows them to develop body awareness. Head turns, leg lifts, stretches and kicks all help proper muscle development. Add a wee workout to your daily routine and not only will you bond with your baby, you will watch your baby develop gross motor skills and begin to kneel, crawl and walk.

Step by Step:
1.Limber your baby up by raising their arms over their head
2.Move babies legs in a cycling motion.
3.Gently cross babies arms over their chest and then stretch them out wide.
