The joys of parenthood will arrive faster than you ever imagined. Gathering information now, and getting organized before your baby arrives, will make those first few weeks a little bit easier.
Putting your feet up with a good book is a great way to relax while you await the big day;and besides, you deserve a little pampering!
Step by Step:
- Take some special time out for yourself and go to your local bookstore.
- Walk up and down the isles looking for special books in the baby care and family sections. Pick a few out at a time and find a very comfy chair.
- Get yourself some herbal tea, perhaps a scone, an sit and read. When you are done, make a list of your favorites.
- When it is time for your baby shower, add these books to your list. You know you will get more newborn clothes than you will ever need! Besides the books will last forever.
- Remember though, that you are your baby's favorite plaything, and a warm smile from you, will mean the world to your new arrival!
