It's not too early to start with baby's first 'personal trainer.'

Description:
You can share such a fun time together while helping little muscles get a nice stretch.

Step by Step:
Have baby lying on his back on the bed and looking up at your smiling face! First move his arms arms gently up and down, then side to side. Follow by moving those little legs in a similar manner. All the while saying and repeating: Exercise is good for all 1, 2, 3, 4!

Materials:
There are no special materials required other than you and your sweet baby.
