Description:
Most babies love romping in the sand. Toddlers love digging, building and scooping, they also love being able to knock over their own creations. If your child wants her castle to remain standing, this "at-home" sand activity will allow her to keep her sandy works of art.
Step by Step:
Materials:
2 cups of sand
1 cup of cornstarch
1 cup of water
Description:

Step by Step:
| 1. | Mix 2 cups of sand and 1 cup of cornstarch in a saucepan. |
| 2. | Stir in 1 cup of water. |
| 3. | Heat mixture while stirring. |
| 4. | When thick, remove from heat and cool. |
| 5. | Sculpt the sand into anything you want and it will harden as it dries. |
