Playtime Bowling
Like bowling? Gather up the household and have a family bowling league

Description:
Bowling is a great way to have some family fun. You can plan a trip to the bowling alley, but first take some time out to teach your children the basics of bowling. Beware though, they may never want to stop.

After all, what child doesn't like the opportunity to knock things down.

Take the time to teach your children the basics of bowling at home before venturing out to the local lanes. Once at the lanes, you'll be surprised at the accommodations available for children.

Step-by-Step:
  • Set up boxes or blocks in the pyramid design.
  • Make a score sheet.
  • Pace off ten feet from the pins and put a ribbon down for a line and another ribbon for the start line.
  • Show your child how to play the game.
  • Keep score and laugh a lot.
  • When you take your child to a real bowling alley, don't expect much except for a good time. However, you might be surprised by a spare or strike.
