PAPER PLATE TURTLES
PAPER PLATE TURTLES
Make your own paper plate turtles.

Descriptio:
Simple paper plates turn into turtles with a little finger paint, glue, and construction paper.

Step-by-Step:

    • Cut brown construction paper into a round shape for the head with a long neck, four rectangle shapes with points at one end for legs, and a small triangle for the tail.
    • Let the child finger paint the bottom of two paper plates with brown and green finger-paint to make the turtle shell.
    • Then glue the legs, tail and head to the proper places to the top of one paper plate (the unpainted side).
    • Glue the top paper plate on to the other bottom side up so the painted side is on top.
