It's not too early to start with baby's first 'personal trainer.'

You can share such a fun time together while helping your child's little muscles get a nice stretch.

Step-by-Step:
  • Have baby lying on his back on the bed and looking up at your smiling face!
  • First move his arms arms gently up and down, then side to side.
  • Follow by moving those little legs in a similar manner, all the while saying and repeating: "Exercise is good for all ... 1, 2, 3, 4!"
