Step-by-Step:

1.	Place baby in high chair with teeny bites of his food on the tray.
2.	Calling the food by name, place it in your mouth and declare "Mmm, this banana is sooo delicious!"
3.	Now reach for baby's hand and help him imitate just what you did, always mentioning the name of the food.
4.	End by telling him "I am so proud of you!"
