Itsy Bitsy Halloween Spider
Do You Know How to Make an Itsy-Bitsy Spider?
What would Halloween - or life - be without spiders? No itsy-bitsy spider, no spider rings, no spider webs! Now you can fill your house with these fascinating eight-legged creatures . . . the fake kind, that is.

Afterward, you might want to research a thing or two about the real thing. Whether arachnids make you shriek or smile, you'll be amazed at what you find out.

Step-by-Step:
    • Paint several styrofoam balls black and let dry. If you want the spider to rest completely flat, cut the ball in half before you begin.

    • Cut black pipe cleaners in half and insert eight pieces into the styrofoam for legs.

    • Glue on two novelty eyes.

    • Roll up the orange yarn into a small ball and it glue on for the nose.

    • Attach a piece of black yarn to the back of each spider with a brass fastener. Hang from the ceiling or attach to a spider web made from black pipe cleaners.
