A Scribbling Masterpiece
A Scribbling Masterpiece
How to create a scribbling masterpiece

Description:
Sometimes art projects are the most fun when they are unstructured. When there are no boundaries, your child can be totally creative. The joy of discovering what happens with various art tools is sure to stimulate your child's imagination. Remember, there is no "right" way to scribble, so don't offer correction and remember to praise the outcome!

Step-by-Step:
  • Tape a sheet of drawing paper on the table.
  • Place lots of crayons and markers nearby.
  • At first your child might not know what to do with this freedom. Demonstrate by scribbling on the paper, and your child will surely get the idea. Another approach is to place a crayon in your child's hand and guide it over the paper this way and that.
  • Call out each color as your child uses it.
